Block 185 Google HQ - Austin TX

Block 185 is an under-construction office skyscraper located at 601 W. 2nd St. in Downtown Austin, Texas. Upon completion in 2021, the tower will be the fourth tallest in Austin at 594 feet. Block 185 will be the tallest office tower in Texas outside of Houston or Dallas.

Lyon Construction’s scope includes floors 11-35 installation of decorative glass windscreen and glass guardrail on each balcony to add to the glass shell of the building while protecting against the leading edge.

Capital one performing arts center - mclean, va

Capital One Hall, a cornerstone of the broader Capital One Center development in Tysons, Virginia, will host Fairfax County non-profit arts groups through ArtsFairfax, as well as Broadway productions, comedy, and concerts. It encompasses a 1,600-seat performance hall and The Vault — a 225-seat Black Box theatre.

Lyon Construction’s Scope included installation of Decorative steel rail throughout the building and rooftop courtyard.

Wharf parcel 9 - Washington D.C.

The Wharf development of Washington D.C., this mixed-use residential building was designed by Rafael Viñoly Architects with a unique form that maximizes views, allows daylight deep within each residential unit, and creates a recognizable and distinctive form along the Potomac River waterfront. The building overlooks the new M Street Landing Park, The Wharf’s new central public space.

Lyon Construction is performing the installation of all decorative glass guardrail around the entire façade of the building.

Lyon Construction is responsible for installing Decorative windscreen on the Penthouse Level, Guardrail at various balcony levels, and decorative stainless-steel trim at various locations across the building.

grandscape - dallas TX

Live Grandscape includes 345 units in its first phase, consisting of studios, one and two-bedroom apartments and two penthouse suites. Construction is underway on the 419,000-square-foot tower with leasing and move-in dates slated for 2021. Lyon construction is responsible for installation of all guardrail (Glass infill panels) on prescient balconies.

Hancock Whitney Stadium opened in 2020 and is the home of the South Alabama football program. This $78 million state-of-the-art facility offers numerous opportunities for the athletics department and enhances the game day atmosphere. This brand-new stadium has a capacity of 25,450.

The washington football team, landover md

Lyon Construction was tasked with replacing endzone understructure and seating at each of the west and east endzone. Lyon still serves the Washington Football team today in event preparation and maintenance needs at the stadium.
